Phone Advice Service You can get Dr. Clarke's input on your marriage, family or personal life. When you are in a difficult situation, it can help to ask questions and get some practical guidance. Here's how it works: Step 1. Email or text Dr. Clarke at davideclarkephd@gmail.com or text 813-992-3735 to schedule your appointment. Step 2. Once you have scheduled, you will call 813-930-2927 two minutes prior to your appointment time and give Dr. Clarke your credit card information. He will run it for $220, then you'll talk for 45 minutes. Or you can pay online by emailing Dr. Clarke and he will send you the link to make the payment. Please Note: You can only pay online after you have contacted Dr. Clarke via email or text and he has scheduled your appointment. Step 3. The first session is always 45 minutes, so Dr. Clarke can get the information he needs to give you a plan of action. If you want to do a follow up session, it will be 30 minutes long and the cost is $147. Important Notice: This Phone communication is not therapy. This will not be a therapeutic relationship. Dr Clarke's phone sessions do not, cannot, take the place of an in-person therapist. This communication to you via phone is designed to provide limited advice and guidance to help you in a particular problem. Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your appointment and you've already paid online then you must send Dr. Clarke an email or Text cancelling 24 hours before your appointment. ​
